Department of Motor Vehicle (“DMV”) License fees areestimates. Upon completion of the vehicle’s registration, all fees, if any, areimmediately due upon receipt of registration.
All documents mailed to Customers are mailed via regularUSPS mail. 605 Auto Inc /605auto (hereafter “605auto”) is not responsible forany lost or undelivered mail. An overnight request can be made but suchexpense will be borne by the Customer.
All DMV documents, plates, and tags are issued by the DMVper DMV records. Any missing items such as missing plate(s)/tags become theresponsibility of the Customer to immediately contact and/or order the samefrom the DMV. 605 Auto Inc /605auto will not be responsible for any finesCustomers might incur from driving the vehicle without properly mounted platesand tags. A request to place an order for missing items can be placedwith 605 Auto Inc /605auto at the Customers’ expense but is not recommended.
Prior balance on trade-ins are estimates and based on theamount reported on Customer’s credit. A 10-day payoff will be ordered by 605Auto Inc /605auto upon receipt of funds per Customers’ sale contract. Thetrade-in balance, if any, is immediately due to 605 Auto Inc /605auto uponverbal or written notification to the Customer.
Trade-ins with missing titles are NOTACCEPTED. Customers are solely responsible to provide 605 Auto Inc/605auto with a clear title for their trade-in at the time the vehicle is beingtraded-in.
All deferred payments are due per the deferred date on thesales contract. Any default on deferred payments will be prosecuted to thefullest extent of the law.
All checks towards the vehicle purchase are immediatedemands to 605 Auto Inc. Checks returned for any reason are subject to allappropriate fines and 605 Auto Inc /605auto will immediately seek reimbursement for anylosses.
Customers have the right to inspect the vehicle beforepurchase by a third party.
Customer is aware of the limited dealer warranty perBuyer’s Guide. The limited warranty is an engine and transmission REPLACEMENT(if the entire engine or transmission needs to be replaced per manufacturer 605Auto Inc /605auto recommendation) for 30 days or 1000 miles whichever occursfirst. Such warranty covers 50% of the cost of the engine/transmission and 50%of the labor to replace the engine/transmission. All repairs must be approvedby 605 Auto Inc /605auto and performed at 605 Auto Inc facilities. No paymentswill be made by 605 Auto Inc /605auto for any engine/transmission repairsperformed at other facilities– NO EXCEPTION. No coverage for repairs, parts, orlabor, other than replacement of the mentioned engine/transmission will beprovided by 605 Auto Inc /605auto. 605 Auto Inc /605auto does not provide rental, courtesy or loanervehicles, nor does 605 Auto Inc /605auto reimburse for towing or any other fees.
Before purchasing a vehicle, customer has had theopportunity to visually inspect the vehicle, was aware of his/her option tohave a third party inspect the vehicle, and has been offered an extendedwarranty on the day of sale. Customer acknowledges they are aware ofthese options and accepts the vehicle’s condition at the point of sale andreleases the dealer from any and all claims regarding the vehicle’s condition.
Customer agrees to cooperate with employees at all timesand to assist 605 Auto Inc /605auto inclosing their file whether for dues, missing documents, missing signatures,etc.
No verbal or implied promises will be honored by 605 AutoInc /605auto unless clearly stated in writing in the Due Bill.
Carfax reports are available for free online for allvehicles. Customers can also order a Carfax report directly at their ownexpense. 605 Auto Inc /605auto is not responsible or held liable for anyinformation reported by Carfax or Auto Check.
Customer is expected to do their own due diligence beforepurchasing a vehicle. Such due diligence includes but is not limited to,ordering a Carfax report, ordering an NMVTIS report, thoroughly inspecting thevehicle, test driving the vehicle, and hiring a third party to inspect thevehicle. 605 Auto Inc /605auto will not be held responsible for Customer’s lackof due diligence.
605 Auto Inc /605auto values our employees and Customers. 605Auto Inc /605auto insures a friendly and respectful professional environmentfor all. Any communication between parties should beat the utmost professionallevel605 Auto Inc /605auto has zero tolerance for rudeness, foul language, andthreats. Such behavior will be dealt with immediately to the full extentprovided for by law and/or corporate policy.
Customer is aware of and has read and accepted 605 AutoInc /605auto disclaimers on 605 Auto Inc /605auto and its affiliates’ websites.
605 Auto Inc /605auto will not be held responsible for anymistakes made in good faith by any 605 Auto Inc /605auto employee, affiliate,or vendor.
605 Auto Inc /605auto holds the right to refuse service toanyone whenever deemed necessary.
All personal/company/cashier checks have a 12-day holduntil clearance of all funds. 605 Auto Inc /605auto reserves the right to holdtitle/registration/payoffs/refunds and/or place a lien on title until all duesare collected and required paperwork is completed.
605 Auto Inc /605auto will not beheld responsible for any vehicle claims, including condition or repair orders,after delivery of the vehicle to Customer.
All advertised prices exclude government fees and taxes, any finance charges, any dealer document preparation charge, and any emission testing charge. While we try to make sure that all prices posted are accurate, all prices listed are only good for 24 hours from posting. We are not responsible for typographical and/or other errors that may appear on the site.
